The Bare Necessities

I've learned to love the food that's by my side There's hardly anything I can't abide Now, ants are quite a tasty dish Don't wait for me, eat all you wish You'll like the way they tickle you inside Doh-ba-dee-doh It's all so easy Doh-ba-dee-doh-doh No cares, no strife Doh-ba-dee-doh-doh-doh No matter where we go We'll find the bare necessities of life Piano break Ba-doh-ba-dee-doh Ba-doh-ba-dee-doo So if you learn to live a life of ease The fruits and nuts will fall out of the trees If you relax throughout the day Your hunger simply melts away From eating just the bare necessities Doh-ba-dee-doh-doh Doh-ba-dee-doh-doh It's all so easy So easy now Doh-ba-dee-doh-doh Doh-ba-dee-doh-doh No cares, no strife No cares, no strife Doh-ba-dee-doh-doh-doh No matter where we go We'll find the bare necessities of life We'll find the bare necessities of life We'll find the bare necessities of life Ah-doh-ba-dee-doh.

Maybe the quantum computer responsible for this is starting to learn French. Every adult should know proper use of an apostrophe.

Apostrophes go where the deleted letters were. The Louis Armstrong video is clearly still saying fonder. You're just hearing it differently because this post has set up the expectation of it being "found". If you knew it to be Fonder and weren't paying attention you wouldn't notice. It's the same case for the Jungle Book but the "er" at the end is buried in the mix. I edited the audio to hopefully make the ER at the end more audible. Listen with headphones at a high volume.

Anyway you could slow down that audio clip to like. Also, I can definitely hear the 'er' in your clip, is that the same audio as OPs youtube video? Still strange no matter what that he's saying founder and not fonder. The audio is from this because it's at the right speed, but you can hear it in both.

Disney's official channel is a more reliable source anyway. Louis definitely saying "founder". I get what he is supposed to be saying but he is bloody well saying "founder" lol. Someone linked it in a reply to me.

That's just his accent. If you expect to hear it as fonder then it sounds more like it, if that makes sense. Mother was a high school English teacher growing up. Being constantly corrected in my grammar made me very aware of listening for it when others spoke. I distinctly remember this from childhood and often wondered why he said found.

I am trying really hard to hear the "er" but it just aint happening. Especially when its intended to rhyme with "wander"? Least Louis is hittin the "er". I can hear it in is.

It still doesnt make any sense but at least the "er" is there. If anything, it sounds like "founded. It still sounds wrong to me.

Are you watching the same video that was posted by OP? Because he absolutely does not say 'er' in that video. I can maybe buy him just pronouncing fond in the weirdest way ever, but he definitely does not say anything else after that first syllable. I used OP's link.

The Bare Necessities (from The Jungle Book)

I turned my volume up to the point where my ears almost bled, and I still just barely heard the 'er', but it is there. To be fair, it was more of an 'ah' sound, continuing on with the 'weird accent' thing, so I can understand people assuming he's just exhaling.

Because they pronounce 'boss' as 'bawse' in that, and that's where the meme 'like a bawse' comes from, and that's the exact same 'accent' I'm referring to. Or at least call out this weird area on their own. This one made me sit up and take notice, as I knew it to be 'fonder'. The top one was the google page itself, which displayed the lyrics as 'fonder', then AZ lyrics which also says 'fonder'. Ok will have a listen. The original comment said that when the OP googled lyrics everything said 'found of', so I did a search to see for myself but could only spot the 'fonder' versions.

The only thing that interests me know us if it changed on media not connected to Internet in any way. This is pretty crazy. It's been disproved by believers and skeptics alike. In genetics, there are different kinds of mutations which can happen to DNA. Sometimes, most of the time, the insertions or deletions don't make too much of an issue, as the sentence structure of the bases code for amino acid sequences which still make enough sense to be functional.

The resultant protein can be impaired in function, but still functional. However, occasionally, you get changes which impare the sentence such that the amino acids don't code correctly to such an extent that it becomes obviously non functional. One usual culprit for this is a nonsense mutation:. Instead of substituting one amino acid for another, however, the altered DNA sequence prematurely signals the cell to stop building a protein. This type of mutation results in a shortened protein that may function improperly or not at all.

If we liken MEs, the changes in the body of reality, to DNA mutations, this one is a nonsense mutation.

Bare Necessities

The case to be made for it as obviously still functional is a hard one to make, because it isn't. This may well be the most obvious ME, or reality mutation, I have yet to see. A very good comparison. And a rather frightening conclusion. And that means that it may "behave" like a mad gorilla in an ammo warehouse.

So, maybe I've missed some threads, but what's the hypothesis behind why these changes are occurring not the M. This is the first time I ever experienced a ME for myself. I used to sing this in a choir at school.

The Bare Necessities

Baloo doesnt have any weird accent anywhere else in the movie. Excellent performances from all the cast, especially William Ash, who never disappoints - a talent to watch for the future! Definitely sounds like "found" -- phrasing's all wrong. No "does anyone else? For the collegiate a cappella group by this same name, see The Brown Bear Necessities. The lyric was always "Fonder". I cant say for certain that I exactly remember whether or not the movie version was recorded with "Fonder" but, listening to it with the word "Found" just seems really awkward sounding. In your video i just hear "I couldn't be found Of my big home" This video shows it's "Founder". The video you posted for some reason has a weird edit to itor something but this one i found matches what i know of the song and i've been singing the song since i was young, once even for chorus in gradeschool.

Am I the only one who thinks this version sounds about half a tone lower than the original? Even the sing a long version says 'fonder', I think it's just a really odd idiolect issue. It might also be compounding the 'er' sound getting swallowed up, it's gone through so many edits it made an odd pronunciation even worse. We tend to remember 'fonder' because it makes more sense and is presented that way in all other media. Regarding the key or pitch , some uploaders on Youtube speed up or slow down their video slightly so as to avoid the copyright algorithm.
